ABOUT US
 Inner Mongolia North Hauler Joint NHL, a joint venture of NHIC (North Heavy Industry Corporation) and TEL (TEREX Equipment Ltd), was established in 1988 as North Hauler Co., Ltd and started producing TEREX 3307 off-highway rigid dump trucks. Since then, NHL has been supplying serial competitive products to the customers bringing them more benefits with the high product quality and efficiency, reliable customer support and comparatively low operational cost.
 In July 2000, the company went listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and the name changed to Inner Mongolia North Hauler Joint Stock Co., Ltd. The above two major shareholders, NHIC and TEL, hold 36.01% and 25.16% capital value respectively, and the rest from public capital. Stock No. 600262.
Over 20 years of development, NHL today has become multi-product line company which engaged in development, production and sales of serial TEREX off-highway rigid dump trucks, Unit Rig electric driven mining trucks with payload ranging between 28 metric to 326 metric t, TEREX serial drilling rigs and Atlas hydraulic excavators. The company has been producing dump trucks by authentic TEREX design and drawings, and each unit of the product has been through a strict well-run technical inspection to reach the same TEREX product quality standards, and eventually reach the customers’ needs. To guarantee the product quality up to international standards, or to more, customers benefit, we equip our products with high quality crucial parts and components, such as imported engine (Cummins, UAS), transmission (Allison, UAS), hydraulic system (TEREX), gears and pumps (TEREX), etc.
In 1997, NHL became the first in the industry to pass ISO9001/9002 and UKAS certification and was certificated to ISO9000/ 2000 and ISO14001 standards.
Currently over 500 units of varies model mining dump trucks are produced annually by the company. A larger scale production facility is under construction which would accelerate the annual p roduction capacity of serial dump trucks up to 1000 units.
The company has won the customers and market relying on its high quality products, reliable customer service support wining numbers of major construction project bids both domestic and international including all the national key-construction-projects such as the world biggest dam project the Yangtze Three Gorges Project, Xiaolangdi Water Conservancy Project, etc. In all, the company’s business is involving 7 core industries including metallurgy, nonferrous metals, chemical engineering, construction materials, hydropower and traffic, with products operating at about hundred mines and construction sites in China, which makes up over 80% of domestic market, and around 1/4 of annual production is going to international market. Up to date, NHL have been and are cooperating with customers from over 20 nations i n Asia, Africa, Middle East (Mongolia, Myanmar, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, North Korea, Laos, Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Iran, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt, Algeria, Morocco, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Uganda, South Africa, etc) and more vast marketing project is under process.
In cooperation with partners from around the world, we will continue to put more efforts to expend our market in both home and abroad with more reliable user-and-environmental-friendly products.

Atlas Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.(China ATLAS)
A joint venture,Atlas Construction Machinery Co.,Ltd.(China ATLAS), between NHL (75%) and TEREX Atlas (25%) is established in 2004, starts producing 2006LC, 2306LC and 3306LC hydraulic excavators. TEREX NHL Mining Equipment Co., Ltd.(North Mining)
Another joint venture, Terex NHL Mining Equipment Co.,Ltd.(North Mining) , between NHL (50%) and TEREX MINING (50%) is established in 2006, starts producing serial Unit Rig electric driven mining dump trucks with payload ranging between 136 – 326 metric ton.
